Pregnancy after three early miscarriages, one ectopic pregnancy and PCOS
Evy and her husband suffered three early miscarriages, she was diagnosed with PCOS
(polycystic ovarian syndrome) and had an ectopic pregnancy
.

Hi, we are from Europe and we're both 26 years old. We met in 1997 when we were 16 and stayed as a couple since then. On September 12th, 2003 we got married. We wanted a baby right away.

I stopped taking the pill and was pregnant for the first time after five months of trying. We were so happy. I went to my JP for a HCG-test. The level of HCG in my blood had to double each two days, but in my case it didn't. My JP warned me of a possible miscarriage. three days after my first visit I started to lose some blood. I rushed back to my JP immediately.

My first miscarriage was in fact, a chemical pregnancy, we were devastated. Our JP told us not to worry; it happens frequently, he said, the positive side remains: you can get pregnant. Two months later I got pregnant again.

Unfortunately the same story repeated again, only this time my HCG-level was increasing as it should at the beginning but stopped about one week later. I had my second early miscarriage. Our JP suggested to runs seven tests on me and my husband. But we were overwhelmed and we didn't do these tests.

For more than a year we were trying to conceive, with no success. We started to get very frustrated and allowed the tests. Result: My husband had a 93% good sperm count (was very good). We both didn't have any chromosome abnormality. A few other test were also good I can't remember myself.
One test came out with less positive result, and I was told this was the main reason for my recurrent miscarriages.

I was diagnosed with PCOS. I didn't have a regular ovulation each month.
From then on they put me on Clomid, Pregnyl and Metformin.
One more negative point was that my blood was too thick. It was suggested that I take a small quantity of aspirin during my next pregnancy (baby aspirin).
I started to read everything about PCOS and miscarriage and the effects of baby aspirin.
Several months later I got pregnant for the third time. I took baby aspirin like they told me and once again I had an early miscarriage this time at six weeks.

On September 2005 they suggested (my JP and gynaecologist) to do an IUI not because my husband's sperm count wasn't good enough, but because here in Belgium you have to do the IUI six times to get permission to have IVF.

4 months later...
On my third IUI I was pregnant again. At six weeks of pregnancy they did an ultra-sound check and found nothing in my womb.
They said that ultra sound check was probably made too early and I had to come back one week later. So I did, and I started to get pain in my stomach during that week. A week later, again they found nothing, only a large bubble on my right ovary tube.
I was having an ectopic pregnancy and had to have surgery. They attempted to remove our baby (they said "you can't call it a baby yet", but I did) without losing my right ovary tube. They failed, and now I have only one tube left intact.
Christmas 2005 I spend in the hospital. After my surgery we considered adopting a baby instead of having a baby of our own. We went through hell in those two and a half years.

Sometime in January 2006 we got in contact with Yvonne Wilson.
Yvonne gave us a combination of two products. She also gave us dates when we should have sex.
We did a pregnancy test on the 32nd day of my cycle, and guess what, I was pregnant for the fifth time, 46 days after my ectopic pregnancy.

Yvonne warned us there was still a change of having an ectopic pregnancy again. This happens quite often if you had one ectopic pregnancy already, you have more changes to have another one. And Yvonne could not prevent that for a 100%.
But she was very optimistic about preventing my recurrent miscarriages.

At eight weeks we went to see our gynaecologist for an ultra sound and echo tests.
Our baby was there, in the right place and we saw the heart was beating.
My husband and I burst out in tears of happiness. It was the first time, we actually saw life inside of me!
Visit after visit we have seen our baby grow and be in perfect health.

I gave birth to our son Maxim on October 4th, 2006. The labour went perfectly but took quite some time, 27 hours, pfff lol.
But wait, this is not the end. In 2007 we decided to have another baby.
We followed Yvonne's advice and took the two natural products again. Approximately three weeks later I had a positive pregnancy-test.
At the time of my writing right now, I'm 13 weeks pregnant with my second child, the date of birth is expected to be on June 17th, 2008.

Latest update June 2nd, 2008: Evy gave birth to a baby girl Justine, named after the famous Belgian tennis player Justine Henin.
She was born on May 30th, 2008.

All this happiness came because of Yvonne, whom we don’t know how to thank enough!
