If for any reasons you have not been automatically redirected to your chosen method page after successful payment: send us an e-mail using the contact form at the page /ask-a-question.html. Please mention your PayPal id or if you didn't use PayPal, the reception number we send you on your payment confirmation e-mail (it can take up to several hours to receive the confirmation e-mail, as we don't use automatic e-mails for this).
Return Policy:
Unopened products that you have had for fewer than 60 days, may be returned to the Return Desk.
You will be refunded for the costs of the products, of our three pregnancy methods minus shipping & handling costs. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip as well as your address as it appeared on your received product package. Because of issue of providing intelligence information, we don’t provide refunds on the cost of our pregnancy methods themselves.
Please allow us some processing time for the return and for posting to your PayPal account.
If you purchased one of our pregnancy methods without a PayPal account, for example using a credit card such as VISA, please create your own PayPal account (it’s free) at www.paypal.com in order for us to send your refund.
Please note we are unable to give full guarantees that our products and methods will work for you, as each fertility case is not similar to another and may easily have underlying fertility problems as well. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality obtainable.
